All beef will ship every Wednesday for overnight delivery.
If you choose to use our FREE PICK UP to Carson Valley service, it will be every Wednesday, from 12pm-2pm. Location will be emailed.
PLEASE NOTE: You may add any available cuts to a box purchase. Individual cuts may NOT be purchased alone, they can only be added to a box purchase. This is to ensure the beef stays frozen when shipped. Boxes of 10lbs or more stay frozen much better in transit with the provided dry ice.
